QUINOA CUTLET





Preparation time 20 min, cooking time 15 min, Makes: 15 Medium Cutlets

METHOD:

1. In a mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, cilantro, red chili powder garam masala powder, ginger paste, green chili paste, boiled quinoa ( I used tri color quinoa) and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients nicely.


2. Take a small golf size ball mixture and press into circular flat shape.

3.  Add little water to corn flour and make a thin paste. Then dip the Cutlet mixture in corn flour paste.

4. Roll in bread crumbs on both the sides evenly.

5. Heat sufficient oil in a pan; place the cutlet in the pan, Shallow fry till both the sides are evenly golden. Drain and place on a kitchen towel or absorbent paper. And Serve hot.

Palak soppina akki rotti/Palak/spinach rice flour rotti
