METHOD:
1. Take
finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and onions in a mixing bowl.
2. Add
whisked curd, cilantro, salt, and seasoninng of mustard seeds and mix well.
3. Sprinkle
some cumin powder and red chili powder over raita for garnish. Refrigerate for few minutes and serve Cucumber raita with meal.
