METHOD:
1. Heat the oil in a pan/kadai, add mustard
seeds allow it to splutter,add urad dal,channa dal and sauté it for 30 sec on medium heat.
2. Then add green chilies, Curry leaves,
tamarind, peeled ridge gourd skin and sauté it for 30 sec and cover with the lid
for 1-2 min till all ingredients gets soft and tender.
3. Grind all the fried ingredients with salt and jaggery adding little water into fine paste and garnish with seasoning.
4. Serve Spicy, tangy ridge gourd chutney with rice or chapatti.
