MISHRA HITTINA DOSE/MIXED FLOUR DOSA

METHOD:

 1.In a big mixing bowl, add flours, cumin seeds, salt,and asafoetida.

2.Then add chopped onions, tomato, coriander leaves, and green chilies, curry leaves, and mix well with 3 to 3 1/2 cups of water.
Make sure,dosa batter should not be too thick or thin.


3.Heat the skillet/tava, apply little oil on it.


4.Pour 1 ½-2 spatulas of batter on skillet and spread dosa batter in circular shape from the center evenly thin.


5.Drizzle little oil over dosa, and cover with the lid for a min, reduce the heat and cook till crispy or golden brown.
6.Flip the dosa and cook on both the sides.


 7.mixed flour hot dosa is ready to serve with chutney

Palak soppina akki rotti/Palak/spinach rice flour rotti
