METHOD:
1.Take upma rava in a mixing bowl,add baking soda, turmeric, salt and mix well.
2.Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutter, add channa dal. urad dal. fry till light brown,add curry leaves,chopped green chilies and saute it and keep it aside.
3.Then add curd and seasoning to rava mixture.

4. Add chopped coriander leaves,Curry leaves, pudina leaves and ginger, mix      all together with 2 cups of water.
5. Make sure the batter should be of medium Consistency.
6. Add ENO fruit salt and sprinkle little water over it, wait for few seconds to raise,mix well.


7. Pour ladle of batter into greased moulds, Steam cook for about 15 -20 min on medium-high heat.
8. Serve hot Rava ildi with coconut chutney :)



TIPS:

You can add any vegetables like onion, grated carrot and peas to make rava idli

You can use left over fermented idli batter 1 cup, instead of eno fruit salt.

Batter must be steamed immediately after adding fruit salt.

Palak soppina akki rotti/Palak/spinach rice flour rotti
