METHOD:
1.Clean and wash the rice, drain the water and keep it aside.

2.Grind grated coconut, soaked poppyseeds together into fine paste.Chop all the vegetables, green chillies and keep it aside.
5.Add
mixed vegetables and fry for 2 min, then add dry powders, turmeric, redchili
powder,garam masala, coriander powder,cumin powder, amchoor
powder and mix well.
6.Add rice with 2 1/2 cups of water, mix well and cook for 15-20 min or till done.Or pressure cook for about 1 whistle.serve hot spicy vegetable rice with raita.
