METHOD:
Wash and soak the rice in enough water for 10-15 min , drain all the water and keep it aside.
Heat the oil in pan, add ghee once it melts, add caraway
seeds, cumin seeds, and all dry spices and green chilies, and fry on low-med
till aromatic.
Then add chopped onions, and fry till it becomes
transculant.
Then add soaked rice and peas, sauté it nicely till water
evaporates.
Add 3 cups of water and salt as per your taste and cook till
rice become soft. Approx 15 min on medium heat.
Finally garnish with fried onion and serve hot ghee rice with Kofta Curry.
