METHOD:
1. Wash and Cut the upper edge of the mango.Slice and chop them into medium pieces.
2.Dry roast the fenugreek seeds in a small pan, add roasted
fenugreek seeds and raw mustard seeds and grind into fine powder.
3.In a mixing bowl add pieces of raw mangoes, salt, chilli
powder, asafoetida, ground seeds powder and 1tbsp of oil(divided) and toss it well.
4.Finally add seasoning of 1tbsp oil and mustard seeds and mix well.
Refrigerate and serve.
Tips:
Store the pickle and Refrigerate.
Adjust the quantity of chill powder and salt according to your taste.
