MYSORE CHURMURI/ PUFFED RICE SNACKS


This  spicy and tangy taste of churmuri snack is very simple and easy to prepare.   and one of my favorite snack which is very popular in mysore.


Preparation time: 30 min, Cooking time: 0, Serves: 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

1.  In a big mixing bowl, add puffed rice, all dry powders, chilli paste, chopped carrot,  onion, raw mango, roasted peanut, salt and oil and combine all together till all the  ingredients blends well.



2.  Finallygarnish with chopped cucumber and tomato.


3.  Serve Spicy homemade churmuri/puffed rice snacks  with a cup of hot coffee and enjoy!

ALOO METHI SOYA CURRY

Aloo Methi Soya curry is a very simple dish. It's healthy & good in protein. It can be used with chapati, poori,and  pulka etc. Here i used soya powder instead of soya chunks. Boiled soya chunks could be used if you like it. Preparation time: 20 min ,  Cooking time : 45 min ,  Yield : 2-3 servings Igredients:- Here i have taken..
