EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE



Preparation time: 30min, Cooking time: 30-35 min

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F, or 180 degree C.
In a mixing bowl combine butter (room temperature), Sugar and stir together,add condensed milk, vanilla extract and mix.





Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder, mix together.

Add sifted flour and cocoa powder and gently mix all the ingredients together with milk, until well combined and there are no lumps.




Pour the cake batter to greased pan..Bake the batter in oven for about 30-35 min.


 After 30-35 Min turn off the oven and rest the cake for another 5 min .
Take out hte cake from oven and flip the cakepan and tap it slightly on cooling rack.



Once the cake comes out clean, dust the sugar powder on top or decorates according to your choice.




TIPS:
Check the doneness by inserting a clean toothpick into the center of hte cake, If it comes out clean, then the cake is ready. If the batter sticks to the toothpick even a little it needs more time to bake.

Palak soppina akki rotti/Palak/spinach rice flour rotti
