TIPS:
TAKE Sprouted horse gram, or you can use overnight soaked horse gram also. (Sprouted grams are very nutritious and it has lot of health benefits. Horse gram is high in protein and iron. As I aware, it’s good for reducing cholesterol and Gal stone and menstrual problems.

TO MAKE SPROUTED HORSE GRAM PALYA:
Take  cooked horse gram

1.Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds to splutter, add chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves,2-3 green chillis, hing and sauté it nicely , then add chopped onions, and fry till onions becomes transculant.

2.Then add sprouted horse gram and salt and mix it nicely.
3.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and shredded coconut (optional)

And serve hot palya with Rice and rasam….  :)

{Chana dal and Urad dal gives nutty flavor to palya it tastes delicious.}
