Clean and wash the Rice, urad dal, beaten rice and fenugreek seeds and cover with enough water. Soak for about 4-6 hours. 2. Then grind soaked rice and dal in a mixer/ wet adding little water a time in between grinding, into fine and fluffy paste. Cover and rest it for min 10-12hrs hrs or overnight in warm place to ferment.
